Photography - My images

This is the first image that I took with my Pin hole camera, I exposed it for 35 seconds, and then I developed it in the dark room using the chemicals, it is in a negative format.
The image is a photo of the car park at the front of the college and you can also see the trees.

This is the same image but It is in a positive format because I edited it using adobe photoshop, this makes it a little bit more clearer so that you can see alot of the detail.
This the second image that I took with my pinhole camera,I exposed it for 25 seconds, it is in a negative format because I developed it in the dark room. The image is a photo of the bike sheds.

This is the same image but it is in a positive format I prefer this format because it makes it look a lot clear and you can see alot more of the detail.
This is the third image that I took with my camera, I exposed it for 80 secs, It is in a negative format. This is not my best picture because it is really hard to see, the reason for this is because I was holding the camera so it moved quite alot. The image is a photo of the shellys restraunt sign on the front of the college.

This is the same image but it is in a positive format, it makes it a little bit easier to see but it is still a little bit hard to see the detail.

This is the forth image that I took with my camera, it is in a negative format, my opinion is that it is the worse one out of all of them because I think that I exposed it for too long because it was inside and because I was holding the camera too. I exposed it for 11 minutes because it was inside but it was a bit too long.
The image is a photo of a fire exit but it looks very different.

This is the same image but it is in a positive format I think that it makes it look a little bit clearer but it is still a bit hard to see, but It kind of gives it a good looking effect.

Video Production - Eight Shot Journey

For the video production, we were asked to make an 8 shot journey using the dv tape cameras and tripods. We then had to edit it using the final cut pro software.

An 8 shot journey is 8 static shots which begin with someone in a location, then for the next six shots you see the person walking through different locations and then in the last shot they get to their destination and then they do something.

This is how it is set out –

Shot 1 - Fred is in a location, and then he gets up and walks out of the shot.

Shot 2 - Walks for six shots, through different locations.

Shot 8 - Does something in the last destination.

I was very proud of my 8 shot journey, I enjoyed using the equipment and I had alot of fun editing it on the software.
When we were first introduced to the software I didn't have a clue on what to do, but I soon got the hang of it.
